A native Southern Oregonian with a huge passion for driving tourism to our region, Charlsie brings over 13 years of event management to the company. Her love for the arts, both performing and visual, were ignited as a child right here in Josephine County through dance and theater with Stillpoint Dance Studio, Rogue Music Theater and many seasons performing at the oldest community theater in Southern Oregon, Barnstormers.
Bringing her passion of supporting local talent to a larger stage in her adult career has contributed to many successes in event execution. Charlsie has successfully contributed to some of your favorite local gatherings including The Oregon Chocolate Festival, a world-class comedy show (400+ local attendees), vendor pop-up shopping experiences, interactive art displays including the highlighted Phaneros Winter Arts Carnival that saw 1,000 people, large scale concerts, weddings, corporate parties and more. Her creativity, dedication and passion for events attracts talent and unique opportunities to our areas while showcasing Southern Oregon as a professional and exciting region to work in.
Charlsie MacWilliams is a co-founder of Crash & C-Mac Productions and the Sales and Marketing Manager for the Neumann Hotel Group, which includes Ashland Springs Hotel, Lithia Springs Resort, LARKS Restaurant and The Waterstone Spa.
